Do you handle insurance claims?
No, but we do recommend that you call your warranty and/or insurance provider to get the proper channels of coverage required by your provider. The reason we do not is because insurance/warranty companies can take months to authorize parts and repairs leaving customers very unhappy waiting. We choose to repair quickly and get people back on the road asap.
do you repair and service air conditioners?
Yes, we service and maintain them, as well as repair with parts whenever possible. If that's not possible to do replace them for a low cost.
how often should i reseal my roof?
We recommend that roofs should be inspected every 3 to 6 months, and resealed every year. Depending on your year, make and model, some come with better liners than others and it also depends on how they have been stored or cared for over time.
do you handle blackwater issues?
Yes, we repair any plumbing issues as well as provide education to maintain and use the blackwater to prevent these awful problems from happening. It's not the funnest part of the job, but we do.
How much do repairs typically cost?
This is impossible to answer up front without seeing the problem first. It depends on the situation and extent of the damage. There is a service call out fee that varies from $150 or less depending on how far you are from our location plus the first hour of labor at $125/hr. Repairs are hourly charged after that, if you choose to get it repaired.
can you fix it on site or do i need to take it to a shop?
The majority of the time it can be fixed on site. It's rare that a shop is required however it depends on if your specific parts are ready available to get the job done.
